I loved the day and the children loved it too! Andy and Matt were tremendous and they had the children at ease and joining in from the very beginning. I was amazed at what the children contributed and produced on the day. It fitted in perfectly with what we have been doing and it was a very worthwhile experience

Special Needs - The Curtain Club

We are delighted to be working in partnership with Lewisham Council and Diddidance to create the Curtain Club. This is a club for children in mainstream education with social and communication difficulties and / or on the autistic spectrum.

Please contact us for further details if you are interested in this for your school.

Theatre Tots provides sessions for children with special needs where we focus on the more sensory aspects of the performing arts. We are happy to discuss any particular needs so please get in touch if you are interested.

Firstly, I was very impressed by how friendly and warm the 3 performers are, lovely people to have around our school. Very flexible, appreciative, polite, professional and excited to be here. The performance itself was perfect. Very engaging for the children as it had so many interactive aspects. They enjoyed every minute. The songs were catchy and easy to join in with, the dancing was very impressive and the story easy to follow without being too simplistic. When we got back to the classroom the children insisted on writing letters to Tilly and Tolly. They have many new fans now. Many many thanks to the performers. I will definitely be using Theatre Tots again!
